Certified Medical Assistant - Family Care - Full-Time, Days

This full-time Certified Medical Assistant position is for the Family Care Clinic, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The role involves travel to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided). Responsibilities • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process. • Performs general patient care by following established standards and procedures. • Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider. • Obtains and records vital signs including, but not limited to: blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight, drug allergies, and reputed company medications and presenting problem. • Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician. • Escalates non-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the reputed company Manager or reputed company provider(s). • Ensures safety checklists/reputed company controls are completed as required. • May reputed company other duties as assigned by reputed company Manager, more senior staff, or as requested by reputed company provider(s).
