This role serves as the technical authority for mechanical packaging, system integration, and reliability engineering supporting data center connectivity and infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company mechanical architecture and packaging design for data center hardware and interconnect solutions
• Collaborate with customers to understand application requirements, environmental conditions, and operational constraints
• reputed company mechanical design concepts supporting product functionality, reliability, and manufacturability
• Partner with electrical, manufacturing, and reputed company teams to ensure subsystem integration and design alignment
• Conduct design reviews, failure analysis, and reputed company-cause investigations
• Evaluate materials, thermal performance, structural reputed company, and environmental considerations
• Support new product introduction and product lifecycle management activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company discipline
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical design and product development experience

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, tolerance analysis, thermal management, and reliability engineering

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with DFMA, FMEA, and reliability testing methodologies

• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and interconnect technologies
• Experience leading cross-functional product development initiatives
