[Remote] Finance Operations Associate (Accounts Payable reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is building the Modern IT Operating System, and they are seeking a Finance Operations Associate to manage accounts payable processes. This role involves vendor reputed company, payment cycles, and month-end reputed company, providing opportunities for reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of critical finance processes in a high-agency role, driving fixes and closing process gaps where it makes reputed company
• Opportunity to experiment, engineer and implement new process and technology solutions as we reputed company, turning reputed company, repetitive tasks into repeatable processes & systems
• Own vendor reputed company and master-data hygiene (W9 / W8 collection, banking-detail verification (a key fraud control) and payment terms setup
• Run weekly payment cycles across multiple entities and bank accounts, managing AP again and resolving past-dues
• reputed company vendor statement and reconciliation and 3-way match (PO / receipt / invoice) where applicable
• Administer the corporate card program (reputed company) - policy enforcement, receipt / coding compliance
• Coordinate intercompany transactions across reputed company and acquired operating entities
• Support month-end reputed company with AP accruals, prepaid schedules and accurate GL / entity coding

Skills

• 0-3 years of experience in finance, reputed company or operations role - recent grads and career switchers welcome
• Formal reputed company training (e.g. reputed company major or CPA) with reputed company in financial statement reporting. Comfortable with the AP cycle, debits/credits and basic reconciliation
• Dependable and reputed company, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy on repetitive, high-volume work
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can simplify reputed company technical concepts for non-technical buyers
• You reputed company in a fast-paced environment where the reputed company is still being written and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Hands-on exposure to AP / expense tools (reputed company.com, reputed company) or an reputed company ERP (Quickbooks, reputed company, reputed company)
• Literacy with advanced data analytics tools including SQL and Python - or the appetite to build it
