This role involves achieving new business objectives, reputed company and reputed company Advisors and Sales Leaders, and ensuring consistent execution of the SCORE model across reputed company segments.

Responsibilities

• Meet reputed company and regional new business objectives
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture through reputed company, hiring, developing, and retaining a highly motivated and successful team of Advisors and Business Development Leaders
• Develops and executes new business development strategies to consistently meet new business objectives across reputed company segments

Skills

• 7 years of experience in sales leadership
