[Remote] Senior Contract Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to support the reputed company and operational reputed company of reputed company by developing, negotiating, and executing reputed company reputed company and change orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute reputed company reputed company, start-up agreements, and change orders
• reputed company input from key stakeholders to ensure contract terms and change orders accurately reflect project needs
• Review budget modifications and challenge assumptions reputed company to scope, timelines, resources, and project requirements to ensure changes are reputed company and reputed company supported
• Interpret contractual language, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), study start-up agreements, and standalone reputed company
• Analyze project budgets and cost proposals, providing recommendations and justification for reputed company submissions
• Collaborate with reputed company, Sales, Finance, and Operational teams to determine appropriate contractual and reputed company terms
• reputed company contract and budget discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial reputed company
• Manage multiple reputed company and change orders simultaneously while meeting reputed company deadlines and maintaining exceptional accuracy
• Independently prioritize workload and drive contract deliverables through to completion

• Maintain complete and accurate contract documentation, project files, and tracking systems
• Update internal reporting systems with reputed company and reputed company contract status information
• Participate in contract peer reviews and reputed company control activities to support team reputed company and consistency
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 5% or less)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, Clinical Research, or a reputed company field
• 5 years of experience in contract management, financial analysis, or a reputed company field, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial and contractual implications
• Understanding of contract fundamentals, reputed company terminology, and reputed company agreement structures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly with Word & reputed company
• Familiarity with project budgeting, pricing models, and change order management
• Experience negotiating reputed company or contractual terms with clients
