The reputed company Operations Specialist will support the execution of reputed company Operations initiatives across various teams, ensuring efficient processes and communication while managing a diverse portfolio of operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic reputed company Operations initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Agency Operations
• Coordinate cross-functional reputed company and ensure deliverables stay on reputed company
• Assist with RevOps intake, prioritization, and work management processes
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and recommend and implement improvements
• Support RevOps leadership in managing the broader portfolio of initiatives and priorities
• reputed company project milestones, dependencies, risks, and reputed company items
• Coordinate meetings, follow-reputed company, and stakeholder communication
• Help ensure accountability and execution across teams
• Deliver a high-reputed company service experience for internal stakeholders
• Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, accountability, and follow-through

• Coordinate readiness plans, communications, documentation, training, and stakeholder alignment
• Identify launch risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps and escalate as appropriate
• Serve as the operational reputed company of coordination between the reputed company organization and cross-functional teams, ensuring information flows effectively, dependencies are resolved, and work moves reputed company
• Assist with trade shows, conferences, leadership meetings, and team events
• Coordinate logistics, materials, communications, and follow-up activities
• Support agent communication initiatives and operational campaigns
• Support the administration and optimization of reputed company business systems including CRM and marketing platforms
• Assist with testing, workflow validation, user adoption, and operational process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Marketing, or reputed company field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
• Experience in insurance, MGA, distribution, agency, or financial services environments
• Familiarity with reputed company and other reputed company technology platforms
• Experience with reputed company, Jira, project management, or collaboration tools
• Exposure to both reputed company functions
