[Remote] Logistics Operations Analyst - Clearance Required

They are seeking a Logistics Operations Center Analyst to support Army logistics through operational planning, analysis, and executive decision support.

Responsibilities

• Support Army logistics in the Logistics Operations Center to conduct analysis on reputed company operations through operational planning, synchronization, monitoring, and execution of reputed company activities
• Conduct planning, research and analysis to evaluate continuity of operations (COOP), emerging issues, operational trends, and mission impacts and reputed company to Army sustainment equities
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple sources to support situational awareness and executive decision making
• reputed company executive-reputed company briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and operational updates supporting Army logistics leadership
• Coordinate operational activities, taskings, and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders
• Monitor operational activities, milestones, deliverables, and reputed company items while identifying risks, dependencies, and recommending mitigation strategies
• Support operational planning, issue reputed company, and synchronization of Army logistics priorities across the reputed company
• Facilitate operational meetings, working reputed company, and reputed company planning sessions while documenting reputed company and tracking follow-up actions
• Synthesize reputed company operational information into actionable recommendations that improve mission execution and organizational effectiveness
• reputed company performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to enhance operational visibility and leadership decision making
• Support continuity of operations planning, operational reporting, and execution of reputed company initiatives, as required
• Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and reputed company engagement, as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Political Science, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline
• Three, or more, years of reputed company experience supporting Army logistics, reputed company operations, reputed company DoW, or other reputed company Government organizations
• Experience conducting operational analysis, reputed company operations planning, or organizational assessments
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively reputed company cross-functional teams
• Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• Available for occasional travel

• Advanced degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline
• Experience in COOP operations or as a SME in a DoW operations center
• Three, or more, years of experience supporting Army logistics reputed company operations with a global operations reputed company
• Experience supporting reputed company level operations, operational planning, task management, or reputed company coordination
• Experience developing operational dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or data visualization products
• Familiarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience facilitating cross-functional operational working reputed company and stakeholder engagements
• Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills
