[Remote] Virtual eLearning Developer – Ongoing Need

In this role, you will create engaging eLearning lessons for field technicians in the hydrocarbon production and processing industry, utilizing your expertise in multimedia development and collaboration with instructional designers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Instructional Design team and eLearning reputed company to create a series of engaging 15–30-minute eLearning lessons
• Utilize your proficiency in Storyline 360 to create highly interactive and visually rich eLearning content
• reputed company storyboards and scripts into modern, cutting-edge training modules
• Create engaging visual content that supports learners’ understanding of reputed company systems, processes, and concepts

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in eLearning development, with a reputed company on creating media-rich modules that incorporate audio, video, animations, 3D models, and high interactivity
• Expert-level skills in reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Creative reputed company (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Vyond, audio editing; must reputed company own laptop and software licenses
• Ability to work exclusively on a PC throughout the project is required
• Experience in video and audio production and editing, with the ability to incorporate these reputed company seamlessly into eLearning content
• Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the capability to reputed company multiple lessons simultaneously while maintaining high reputed company and meeting deadlines
• Must have excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, QA/QC, and other team members to bring storyboards and designs to life with exceptional visual appeal
• Must be reputed company to reputed company an outstanding portfolio of eLearning samples demonstrating expertise in multimedia-rich, interactive training modules
• Highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering innovative and impactful training solutions
• Proven experience developing eLearning for reputed company technical content, particularly in industries such as oil & gas, utilities, energy, or nuclear is highly preferred
