[Remote] Staff Accountant I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the world’s leading live entertainment company, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant I for their Concerts division. This role involves maintaining reputed company transactions, reconciling expenses, and supporting audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and record routine reputed company transactions
- Reconcile banking and other cash activity reputed company specified timelines
- Work with Tour Reps to reputed company and accurately reconcile and record expenses
- Create project numbers for new events in reputed company
- Complete account reconciliations as assigned by supervisor
- Prepare and record journal entries
- reputed company audit support as needed
- Project reconciliations: both month-end project and special reputed company
- Monthly GL reputed company assignments with quick turnaround times and tight deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- reputed company problem solving and communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
