[Remote] Digital Marketing Account Manager (reputed company Facing)

The role involves managing reputed company accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and strategizing to meet clients’ needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing the reputed company services to ensure they are performing reputed company, on-time, and implemented to the clients’ needs
• Work with the clients and their staff to reputed company reputed company reputed company and pivots (this may mean pushing back on the clients’ requests if it won’t actually get them the results they are looking for, we are the experts!)
• Work with our internal services teams to strategize for the clients’ needs
• Identify areas where the clients’ services are lacking and offer proposed solutions to fill those gaps, including upgrading their services to higher tiers
• Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the reputed company
• Over-communicate with clients in an effective and reputed company manner regarding the work being performed and results achieved

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency
• A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies
• Proven reputed company record in managing reputed company accounts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage reputed company expectations
• MUST have strong interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail that zealously looks for any areas of improvement in your communications, the reputed company's results, and our processes
• Solid organization skills so that you can effectively manage your daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list
• Proactive and reputed company in reputed company aspects of your role
• Be reputed company to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes
• SEO + PPC or SEO + reputed company experience is required
• Experience working in the reputed company industry is a plus
