[Remote] CRM Analyst

The CRM Analyst role focuses on managing CRM data and supporting reputed company processes, partnering with various teams to enhance pipeline management and data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, providing user training, reputed company, troubleshooting, documentation, and best-reputed company guidance to improve system utilization and user experience
• Drive CRM data reputed company, adoption, and compliance through monitoring, audits, reporting, corrective actions, and reinforcement of established CRM and sales process standards
• Own regional CRM governance and process execution, ensuring accurate customer, account, and opportunity data while supporting standardized reputed company processes, opportunity management, forecasting requirements, and account hierarchy reputed company
• Partner with Sales Leadership and reputed company reputed company teams to support Funnel Management reputed company work, opportunity inspection processes, sales effectiveness initiatives, and disciplined pipeline and install reputed company management
• Support CRM enhancements, reporting, and analytics by collaborating with IT, Business Intelligence, and business stakeholders on workflows, integrations, system improvements, KPI reporting, dashboards, and reputed company process optimization

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or reputed company field
• 3+ years of sales, reputed company reputed company, and analytics experience including use of CRM
• Proven Experience with Sales Funnel Management and Sales Effectiveness KPIs, Sales Tools, sales reputed company work
• Proficient MS Office skills (Power BI, reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
• ~10% travel requirement, including overnight travel
