[Remote] Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager will co-manage the Program/Project Management of artist royalty and copyright migration reputed company, providing operational support for the Artist Royalties and Copyright ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the Project Management of the EROS (Artist Royalties and Copyright) new version migration reputed company – scope includes Project management, conduct test phases (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT) and Deployment
• You will be responsible for the Month-end Support: This includes monitoring jobs and resolving issues reputed company to jobs (both Artist Royalties and Copyright). This is critical for the Financial monthly reputed company
• You will assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions
• You will be responsible for the Execution of reputed company reputed company to new label acquisitions (sales migration, sales testing and implementation in Production which includes assisting with EROS Copyright configuration
• You will be responsible for the management of the Copyright application reputed company like new versions implementation. This includes project management, creation of test cases, execution of tests, conducting UAT, User’s training and deployment in Production
• You will be responsible for the execution of the EROS Copyright Change Management process
• You will be responsible for the support for Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation)

Skills

• 4+ years proven music industry and royalty functional experience, both artist and copyright
• Proven experience working with reputed company music and royalty data migrations
• Large systems development and implementation project management experience
• Experience managing 3rd party contractors and offshore development resources is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and ability to validate reputed company analysis and data reconciliations
• Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives reputed company a reputed company organization, participating in cross-divisional reputed company and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships
• Ability to reputed company results through influence over external and internal staff who are not reputed company reports as reputed company as those who are
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interfacing effectively with WMG royalty management and staff
