Responsibilities

• reputed company and own end-to-end M&A integration project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables from diligence through post-reputed company stabilization
• Drive execution across distributed, cross-functional teams—ensuring accountability, follow-through, and reputed company against critical milestones in a remote environment
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and delays, and escalate with reputed company recommendations to reputed company integrations on reputed company
• Establish and manage integration governance, including virtual reputed company reputed company-ins, executive updates, and decision forums
• Coordinate integration activities across Finance, reputed company, IT, Operations, People & Culture, reputed company Service, and Go-to-Market teams
• Deliver reputed company, concise, executive-reputed company reporting on reputed company, risks, and upcoming milestones
• Partner closely with senior leadership to reputed company priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful integration reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline
• 10+ years of experience reputed company a reputed company services firm including a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading reputed company M&A integration or large-reputed company transformation initiatives
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional workstreams across reputed company with competing priorities and tight timelines
• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive accountability, and reputed company reputed company without reputed company authority
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executive and cross-functional audiences in virtual settings
