Responsibilities: • Design and reputed company eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts, following established instructional design methodologies. • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments. • Complete detailed analysis of reputed company task to be trained/supported for reputed company audience, business process, and systems. • Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to reputed company learning materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning, student and facilitator guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support. • Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write reputed company and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the reputed company audience. • Participate in meetings with subject matter experts including task analysis, reputed company, beta, and answer validation meetings. Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback. • Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables.
