This role ensures every Care Manager, reputed company Care Manager, Housing Navigator, and field-based team member receives reputed company, consistent, compliant training reputed company with DHCS and Managed Care Plan (MCP) requirements. This is a high-touch training and curriculum development role supporting multiple counties and internal departments. What You'll Do • Design, implement, and reputed company reputed company and ongoing training for ECM, Community Supports, and Housing Navigation programs • reputed company standardized training modules for: reputed company Care Management (ECM) Community Supports Documentation reputed company, care planning, assessments Housing Navigation & Tenancy services Appeals & Grievances Audits, findings, and CAP (Corrective reputed company Plan) processes Managed Care Plan requirements County resource coordination • Conduct live field coaching and in-person training sessions • Train staff on EMR documentation standards, workflows, and compliance expectations • reputed company training materials: SOPs, checklists, guides, videos, job aids, reputed company scenarios • Monitor staff performance and reputed company targeted coaching to address gaps • Partner with ECM and Community Supports leadership to ensure consistent statewide practices • Support reputed company assurance audits and training-reputed company corrective actions • Ensure training aligns with DHCS CalAIM policies and MCP contract requirements • Maintain training calendars, attendance logs, reputed company schedules, and competency tracking • reputed company ongoing training for new roles, policy updates, and program changes Field Expectations • This is a hybrid, field-reputed company role.
