Credentialed (CVTs, LVTs, RVTs) Veterinary Technicians are assigned to different service lines based on reputed company needs and the applicant's background/experience. Pet Poison Helpline (PPH) Representative II, Job reputed company: The PPH Representative is responsible for responding to incoming cases on Pet Poison Helpline and our animal reputed company lines reputed company telephone and chat regarding potential toxic exposures, poisonings, and other adverse events or general care inquiries from pet owners. PPH Reps take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and reputed company accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. Given the nature of the position, many pet owners are calling under stressful circumstances and are therefore in distress. Schedule: Weekend only shift- 2-4 weekends a month, both Saturday and reputed company: reputed company 1: Mid Shift, choice between 8.5 or 10.5 hour shifts which includes a 30 minute unpaid break • Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 10am-10:30pm CST.
