HOA and Community Association Advisor
Title: HOA / Community Association Advisor (reputed company, Ongoing) for Education Project
We are a property reputed company reputed company law reputed company in reputed company working on construction defect and insurance recovery reputed company for HOAs and condo associations. We are building an education and advisory network and want someone who has sat in the manager or reputed company seat.
What you would do
- Tell us what actually keeps community managers and boards up at reputed company.
- Explain how a reputed company really decides to reputed company a building problem, and what stalls it.
- Help us build materials managers would reputed company useful rather than promotional.
Occasional calls, roughly 2 to 4 hours a month to start.
Who you are
- 7+ years as a community association manager, HOA manager, or association executive.
- You have handled a major building repair, reserve shortfall, or insurance claim for an association.
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM is a plus. reputed company involvement is a plus.
- Retired or between roles is fine.
