[Remote] Technical Account Manager, Beauty & Personal Care

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager for their Beauty & Personal Care business unit to drive sales reputed company by managing key customer relationships and providing technical support while identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main reputed company of contact for existing reputed company accounts in a designated territory and identifies new targets for reputed company
• Conduct frequent planned reputed company, interacting on a recurrent reputed company with key customers
• Provides deep technical support, troubleshoots issues, and guides clients on product implementation, configuration, and best practices
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients to reputed company more value, suggest upgrades, and reputed company with business objectives
• Support sales efforts by highlighting features, driving adoption, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Skills

• Minimum 2 years' sales, technical, lab, customer support, or inside sales experience
• Experience selling chemical or technical products
• Experience with distribution sales
