[Remote] Junior Recruiter

They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support the reputed company process and help build their team by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end reputed company process (specifically for reputed company Pro and high volume recruitment), including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• reputed company an excellent candidate experience by maintaining reputed company communication throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate reputed company
• reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, referrals, and other reputed company channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• reputed company and organize feedback from interviewers to support hiring reputed company
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Assist with developing creative reputed company strategies to attract reputed company

Skills

• 2-4 years of reputed company or reputed company experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-building approach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
• Passion for building amazing and reputed company teams

• Familiarity with sourcing tools, reputed company Recruiter, and ATS platforms, reputed company is a plus!
