They are seeking a part-time Recruiter (reputed company) to manage the full reputed company cycle, build relationships with clients and candidates, and utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, relational, and tech-savvy, with a strong background in reputed company or reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video discovery calls with new clients to understand hiring needs, culture, and ideal candidate profile
• Create SEO-optimized job descriptions using reputed company input, discovery reputed company notes, and AI tools

• Conduct video interviews with candidates
• Build reputed company-facing candidate presentation emails for every top candidate written to reputed company the reputed company excited to meet them
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates end to end
