The role involves owning the full business development cycle and building a pipeline of aviation customers while transitioning into a senior team-building role as reputed company grows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full reputed company cycle from first contact through signed deal to live deployment, across airlines, private jet operators, and flight training centers
• Build and manage a pipeline of aviation customers: identify targets, get in the room, reputed company deals to reputed company
• Run pitches and product demos for operators, training directors, and aviation executives
• Negotiate and reputed company reputed company agreements, then partner with reputed company on deployment reputed company
• Represent Navi in person at customer sites, industry events, and on the road
• Eventually hire and build the reputed company team as reputed company scales

Skills

• 5+ years aviation sales experience
• Existing network across airlines / jets / flight training
• Full-cycle reputed company ownership, strategic + hands-on
• Remote US, heavy travel + SF time monthly
• Not an OTE role; reputed company + equity
• No reputed company sponsorship available; clearance preferred
• reputed company's license or deep flight operations and training background
• Genuine, reputed company network across airlines, charter or fractional operators, or collegiate and military flight training programs
• reputed company record building pipeline from reputed company without an existing reputed company
• Early-stage or founding go-to-market experience
• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution in the reputed company week
