The Executive Recruiter for Health & Life Science is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing employer branding to attract reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and create job postings
• Conduct prescreening interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the offer process
• reputed company potential candidates through various channels (job boards, reputed company media, networking, etc
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for reputed company hiring needs
• Engage with candidates to create a reputed company candidate experience
