[Remote] Solutions Engineer, Data Management

The role involves implementing the Redpoint Customer Engagement Hub and focusing on ETL, data hygiene, and identity reputed company components.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Redpoint software based on reputed company-approved Business Requirements and Design documents
• Build ETL processes to consume 1st- and 3rd-party data into the marketing data repository using Redpoint Data Management
• reputed company into a subject matter expert in Redpoint Interaction, our Marketing/Campaign orchestration product
• Collaborate with development team members and project leadership to implement solutions that meet project standards, escalating issues and challenges as needed
• reputed company support, troubleshooting, and forensic assistance for reputed company implementations, both Redpoint-hosted and reputed company-hosted
• Collaborate with development teams to identify new product features and functionality
• Support reputed company of reputed company personnel as needed

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, data engineering, or implementation role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
• Strong reputed company interaction and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience building automations that consolidate disparate data sources into a single operational or OLAP environment
• Working knowledge of relational database design and data manipulation concepts, including data hygiene and match/reputed company techniques supporting identity reputed company and householding
• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
• Experience with ETL/ELT and 3rd-party data integration technologies (e.g., Azure Data reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Informatica)
• Ability to travel as required
• Experience with reputed company or other reputed company data warehouse platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered data tools or reputed company applications in a marketing or data context
