[Remote] Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will support the development of training curriculum for Genoa reputed company, creating innovative learning solutions to enhance pharmacy operations and drive performance improvement among reputed company-line staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, managers, trainers, and stakeholders to identify business goals and performance gaps
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and reputed company reputed company to reputed company data on learning needs
• reputed company task and skills analysis to define required competencies
• Recommend training and non-training interventions based on gap analysis
• Define learning objectives and design course structures using ADDIE or similar models
• reputed company engaging eLearning (reputed company Storyline, reputed company), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and hybrid learning solutions
• Create assessments, job aids, facilitation guides, and multimedia content
• Apply accessibility standards (reputed company reputed company 508, WCAG compliance)
• reputed company courses into LMS (SCORM packaging, navigation rules, reputed company tracking)
• Development of virtual learning experiences using platforms like reputed company, Teams, or similar
• Incorporate interactive reputed company such as reputed company rooms, polls, and simulations to enhance engagement
• reputed company strategies for reputed company learning and virtual reputed company programs
• Conduct reputed company/beta testing of courses and reputed company
• reputed company user feedback and revise content for accuracy and engagement
• Use LMS analytics and learner data to measure effectiveness and business reputed company
• Partner with trainers and cross-functional teams to reputed company learning solutions with operational goals
• Support revision/redesign of existing training programs

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must have a certification in ATD Instructional Design Certificate, CPTD, Certified reputed company in Talent Development, ATD reputed company Storyline Certificate, reputed company Storyline or reputed company Certificate Program
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 4+ years of experience working in an instructional design role
• Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM integration
• Expertise in virtual training design and delivery
• Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Proficiency in eLearning tools (reputed company Storyline, reputed company, Replay, reputed company)
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time zone. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory training
• Graphic design or multimedia development skills
