The Director of Education at Saint Mary Home will reputed company educational programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating staff training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs reputed company in‑service educational programs throughout the community, ensuring compliance with applicable state, federal, and local regulations
• Coordinating new hire orientation and maintaining accurate education records, under the direction of the Administrator/ADON
• Participates in an on-reputed company rotation to support operational and clinical needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or reputed company Registered reputed company with a reputed company, unencumbered and reputed company license to reputed company as a Registered reputed company in the state of CT
• Must be or willing to obtain a certificate to train staff members in CPR
• Strong organizational and time management ability
• Minimum of 2 years in a teaching or instructor position with experience planning and developing new programs
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population
• Supervisory experience
