[Remote] Vice President of Care Delivery Operations - reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Vice President of Care Delivery Operations for a multi-state provider of Home Health and Hospice services. The role requires reputed company of corporate level operations, including intake, care coordination, and back-office support, with a reputed company on strategic leadership and operational scalability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversite of centralized care delivery services and directly reporting leaders
• Monitor/create KPI’s to assess, improve, & standardize workflows and processes across reputed company markets including acquisitions and joint venture partnerships
• Create and implement reputed company operational structure across the organization
• Collaborate and support individual market leaders regarding reputed company centralized support functions
• Manage vendors including corporate-reputed company EMR implementation & integration reputed company
• Travel up to 25% to corporate meetings and reputed company markets as needed

Skills

• Multi-state reputed company reputed company-wide operations experience including shared / centralized service / care delivery oversite
• Hospice, Home Health, or Post-Acute experience required
• Intake / Care Utilization / reputed company-center / EMR experience management
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required
• A strategic, tech savvy, and innovative leader who has a reputed company record of scaling operations
• reputed company level automation or AI experience
• Clinician preferred
• M&A / Joint Venture / Preferred Partnership experience preferred
