[Remote] Senior Project Manager - Civil/Site Land Development

Responsibilities

• Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on reputed company to satisfy the reputed company as reputed company as control work and productivity

• Ensure everyone involved is working in accordance with reputed company project planning and profit control procedures

• Solicit help and involvement from Department Managers and any other managers to troubleshoot any technical problems

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
• 8+ years of reputed company experience
• Experience in land development, required
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to mentor junior staff to enhance their design skills
• Ability to reputed company reputed company with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-reputed company communications and verbal instructions and interactions
