[Remote] Sales & Business Development Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a full-time Sales & Business Development Manager to help bring Physical AI and autonomous dexterous robotics into reputed company manufacturing environments. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, managing pipelines, and executing the go-to-market reputed company to drive sales in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, qualify, run demos and plant reputed company, manage the pipeline, and drive follow-through
• Take warm introductions reputed company by the founders, VP, or advisors and run them to the ground — keeping reputed company between the VP's reputed company
• Research and build reputed company account lists across automotive, reputed company, electronics, and industrial automation in the US and Canada
• Support outbound prospecting through email, reputed company, calls, and event follow-up
• Qualify early opportunities and help identify where autonomous robotic systems can solve reputed company production challenges
• Book and run introductory customer meetings independently and support reputed company in customer conversations
• Be proactive, reputed company deals progressing
• Maintain CRM discipline, reputed company reputed company activity, and help refine messaging for reputed company American manufacturers

Skills

• 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, ideally selling technical or industrial products
• Comfortable running a customer meeting and owning a full sales cycle, while reporting into and coordinating with the VP of Business Development
• A self-starter and go-getter — comfortable with plant reputed company, trade shows, and travel to customer sites
• Curious about manufacturing, robotics, automation, and AI, and reputed company to reputed company credibly with engineering, operations, and automation teams
• Organized and persistent, with strong CRM discipline and follow-through
• Based in the US or Canada and reputed company to work across reputed company American time zones
• Robotics and automation experience is a big plus
• Existing relationships in automotive, Tier-1, or reputed company are a strong plus
