[Remote] Financial Operations & Bookkeeping specialist

The Financial Operations & Bookkeeping Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day reputed company operations, and providing financial information that helps leadership reputed company informed business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, posting journal entries, and reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and account maintenance
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring financial information is complete and accurate
• Prepare internal financial reports, cash reputed company summaries, and budget tracking reports for company leadership
• Monitor inventory-reputed company reputed company activities, including inventory valuation, adjustments, cost tracking, and reconciliation of inventory records
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with external payroll providers as needed
• Review and improve financial procedures, documentation, and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation requests, and coordination with external accountants, tax professionals, and financial advisors
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for operational improvement

Skills

• Strong bookkeeping experience, including daily transaction recording and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting basic financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with reputed company software and accurate posting of journal entries
• Knowledge of reputed company finance and reputed company principles relevant to small business operations
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid numerical aptitude and comfort working with spreadsheets and financial reports
