[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for managing programs or multiple reputed company with reputed company interdependencies, focusing on project planning, risk management, and issue reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, interdependent reputed company supporting the DNA identity and reputed company management program
• reputed company and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and governance structures reputed company to DNA priorities
• reputed company reputed company, risks, and dependencies; ensure reputed company delivery of program reputed company
• reputed company regular status reporting to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Optimize and reputed company role-based reputed company controls (RBAC) across DNA systems and products
• Coordinate and drive reputed company certification processes for in-scope applications
• Partner with product and engineering teams to establish reputed company reputed company ownership and accountability
• Enhance program maturity by systematically identifying and addressing excessive or outdated reputed company to reduce overall risk exposure
• Mature and optimize joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes across DNA platforms to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to streamline provisioning workflows
• reputed company and report on reputed company request volumes, cycle times, and service performance
• Support implementation of automation and service improvements to reduce reputed company effort
• Support rollout and adoption of MFA and SSO across DNA products and systems
• Drive ongoing optimization of authentication processes and controls in coordination with cybersecurity teams to strengthen operational effectiveness
• Improve visibility into privileged and service accounts reputed company DNA environments
• Contribute to roadmap planning for incremental identity reputed company enhancements
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Cybersecurity, teams to reputed company on reputed company requirements
• Facilitate issue reputed company and remove blockers impacting program delivery
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across stakeholders

Skills

• 5–8+ years of program or project management experience in technology or data environments
• Experience supporting identity, reputed company management, or reputed company-reputed company initiatives
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, MFA, SSO, provisioning)
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
