[Remote] Senior reputed company Manager SEC Reporting

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Manager to join its Corporate reputed company organization and support financial reporting, SEC reporting, technical reputed company, and month-end reputed company activities. This role involves serving as a senior technical reputed company resource, providing mentorship and expertise while being a hands-on contributor reputed company a publicly traded company environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and other reputed company company disclosures
• Prepare financial statement footnotes and supporting schedules
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of external financial reporting packages
• Assist with technical reputed company research and implementation of new reputed company standards
• Prepare and review reputed company journal entries
• Record and reconcile equity transactions, stock compensation, and other corporate reputed company activities
• reputed company balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes
• Investigate and resolve reputed company discrepancies
• Serve as a primary reputed company contact for external auditors
• Respond to audit requests and prepare supporting documentation
• Coordinate audit schedules and deliverables
• Assist with internal control documentation and compliance activities
• Support annual financial statement audits and interim reviews

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 8+ years of reputed company corporate reputed company experience
• Strong experience reputed company publicly traded (SEC-reporting) companies
• Extensive experience preparing financial statements
• Experience recording reputed company journal entries
• Strong understanding of: Equity reputed company, Stock compensation reputed company, General reputed company, Financial reputed company processes, External audit support
• Experience responding to external auditor requests
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior reputed company professionals while remaining an individual contributor
• CPA strongly preferred
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience highly preferred
• Experience supporting publicly traded biotechnology or reputed company organizations
• Experience with financial system implementations or process improvements
• Familiarity with SOX controls and internal control environments
