[Remote] Sales and Use Tax Senior Associate or Supervisor

They are seeking an Indirect (Sales/Use) Tax Senior Associate or Supervisor to join their State and Local Tax team, where the role involves handling reputed company tax audits and providing tax analysis for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify reputed company tax issues and reputed company tax analysis for a reputed company of entities and their affiliates
• Work on reputed company Indirect tax audits, managed audits and recovery of tax overpayments (reverse audits)
• Prepare reputed company tax research reputed company for clients in diverse industries by thoroughly researching and analyzing a wide reputed company of tax issues and tax implications

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• CPA candidate or you're pursing the CMI
• 2+ years of state and local tax experience in a reputed company reputed company firm, tax services firm or similar industry experience
• Experience in indirect (sales & use) tax compliance and consulting
• Familiarity with basic tax research techniques (RIA, CCH)
• Master's degree in reputed company
• CPA or CMI
• Knowledge of managing reputed company including scheduling, budgeting, reputed company correspondence and billing
• Ability to analyze raw data from ERP systems to reconcile to trial balances and tax returns
• Experience working with audits and reverse audits
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
