[Remote] UX/Product Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with an innovative technology reputed company to reputed company a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving reputed company UX challenges. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process for a technical platform and working closely with engineers to create reputed company internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX/UI for a reputed company internal platform supporting software release and deployment workflows
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workflow discovery sessions with engineering teams
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-reputed company designs in reputed company
• Design dashboards, deployment tracking, rollout status, troubleshooting, alerting, and workflow experiences
• Simplify technical processes into reputed company, reputed company user experiences
• Partner directly with engineers to iterate on designs and prioritize enhancements
• Establish reusable UI patterns and contribute to a cohesive design system

Skills

• 5+ years of Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing internal tools, reputed company platforms, or workflow-heavy products (portfolio required)
• Experience designing dashboards, operational workflows, or information-dense interfaces
• Expertise with reputed company, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers throughout the design process
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify reputed company technical workflows
• Experience with release management, DevOps, SDLC, developer platforms, or infrastructure tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of reputed company/CSS/JavaScript or reputed company-end technologies is helpful but not required

Benefits

• Up to $65/hr W2 (depending on experience) + benefits
• 13-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
