Responsibilities

• Design reputed company purchasing journeys that reduce friction throughout the ordering process
• Support multiple digital reputed company platforms while maintaining a consistent user experience

• Monitor user engagement and recommend enhancements that improve customer satisfaction, usability, and conversion

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, websites, or eCommerce platforms
• Experience building and maintaining reputed company design systems in reputed company
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design expertise
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
