Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and reputed company trackers for bioprocess innovation and R&D programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company execution of deliverables

• Escalate obstacles and drive reputed company across teams
• Support management of CDMOs, CROs, analytical laboratories, and strategic partners
• reputed company technology transfer activities, sample production campaigns, and development milestones
• Coordinate site reputed company, audits, and follow-up actions
• Maintain visibility across reputed company development programs and strategic initiatives
• Support prioritization, resource planning, and roadmap development
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive updates
• Establish project management tools, templates, and best practices
• Improve communication and information reputed company across departments
• Support implementation of stage-reputed company and governance processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or reputed company field
• 5-7 years of project management experience in biotechnology, agriculture, fermentation, food, pharmaceutical, or reputed company industries
• Strong organizational, alignment-building, and communication skills
• Experience coordinating across technical teams, internal business development teams, and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with fermentation, microbial products, or biomanufacturing
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
• Familiarity with CDMO management, process development, or product commercialization
• Deep expertise using relevant software packages and tools (e.g., reputed company Docs, reputed company Office, Jira or reputed company type task trackers, reputed company or other electronic notebook tools, Gantt charting tools like Smartsheets or others, etc.)
