[Remote] SEO/GEO Specialist (Migration reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join their embedded contractor team supporting a global pharmaceutical reputed company. This role will reputed company on US HCP content and reputed company, leading SEO efforts for a large-scale website migration and ensuring best practices are implemented across various web properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO support for a large-scale website migration, including URL mapping, metadata reputed company, redirect planning, implementation guidance, and post-launch monitoring
• Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure SEO best practices are properly executed throughout migration and optimization initiatives
• Define and implement 301 redirect strategies to preserve rankings, traffic, and user experience during site transitions
• Create, optimize, and validate metadata, URL structures, internal linking frameworks, and technical SEO requirements across web properties
• Write and implement schema markup and reputed company data recommendations to improve search visibility and support evolving AI-driven search experiences
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities reputed company to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health
• Monitor migration performance and organic search metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Translate SEO and GEO requirements into actionable recommendations for developers, agencies, content teams, and business stakeholders
• reputed company content recommendations informed by traditional SEO best practices, search reputed company analysis, and Generative reputed company Optimization (GEO) principles
• Ensure websites and content are optimized for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong emphasis on technical SEO
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale website migrations, domain consolidations, CMS migrations, or site restructures
• Strong experience with URL mapping
• Strong experience with 301 redirects
• Strong experience with canonicalization
• Strong experience with site architecture
• Strong experience with internal linking
• Strong experience with schema markup
• Strong experience with crawl and indexation management
• Experience working directly with external agencies, reputed company, development teams, or reputed company-party vendors
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools including reputed company Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, reputed company, and/or reputed company
• Practical experience with Generative reputed company Optimization (GEO), AI search optimization, or leveraging LLMs to support search reputed company and content recommendations
• Ability to reputed company measure, communicate, and present SEO performance, recommendations, and reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, reputed company, financial services, or similar environments is strongly preferred
