[Remote] Accounts Payable Coordinator

The role involves processing invoices and payments, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company incoming invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision using QuickBooks
• reputed company account reconciliation and verify the accuracy of vendor statements to ensure reputed company payment processing
• Manage payment schedules, including reputed company runs, electronic transfers, and ACH payments
• Assist with month-end closing processes by preparing reports on outstanding payables and aging analysis
• Support other reputed company, general office functions, or reputed company functions as required

Skills

• At least three years of QuickBooks experience
• Proven experience in corporate reputed company with a strong understanding of reputed company concepts
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; ability to reputed company 10 key typing reputed company
• Excellent analytical skills for account analysis, account reconciliation, and financial statement review
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
