[Remote] Junior Platform Engineer

They are seeking a Junior Platform Engineer to support their mission-first software and data engineering platform, focusing on modernizing data operations and enhancing reputed company practices.

Responsibilities

• Experience with reputed company technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience using web servers, application containers
• reputed company in providing DevSecOps implementation using Jenkins, reputed company, or similar tools
• reputed company in developing, testing, and maintaining containerized applications
• Working knowledge of reputed company version control, build/release tools and methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of the Software Build process
• Shall have a passion for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for a large reputed company that consists of hundreds of applications
• Possess a strong reputed company-first reputed company
• Experience with Infrastructure as reputed company supporting automation and orchestration reputed company AWS or Azure/GCP reputed company environments
• Hands-on programming expertise in one or more of the following: Python, DSL, JSON, YAML
• Experience working with automation and orchestration tools including one or more of the following: Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, reputed company
• reputed company services experience including: AWS services IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, EC2, S3, reputed company, reputed company Beanstalk, RDS

Skills

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in reputed company to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 8140 Certification
• 1 or more years experience in reputed company technologies and infrastructure, CICD and pipelines, Containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes)
• Experience with reputed company technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience using web servers, application containers
