[Remote] Sales Solutions Engineer

The Sales Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in customer engagement, serving as a trusted advisor and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and secure prospects
• reputed company reputed company & compliance subject matter expert services on sales calls
• Address technical compliance inquiries from sales prospects

• Screen prospects from a technical perspective to determine fit for our product

Skills

• 4+ years of technical reputed company consulting or sales experience in the following areas:
• Translating customers' obscure compliance requirements into actionable infrastructure reputed company configurations that can be reputed company deployed
• Communicating technical feedback from sales prospects and customers to product and engineering teams to drive reputed company product updates
• Reviewing reputed company reputed company infrastructure diagrams and flows to scope data, system, and network demarcation — supporting compliance boundary obligations
• Ability to confidently and creatively scope customer environments and define compliance boundaries
• Familiarity with IAM, networking, storage, compute, and logging services reputed company AWS, GCP, and Azure that can be utilized to meet various compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of reputed company (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and federal compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
