[Remote] License & Permits Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading reputed company-party management company in the hospitality industry, seeking a License & Permit Analyst to join their team. The role involves coordinating with local and state agencies to obtain necessary permits and licenses, particularly focusing on Alcoholic Beverage Licenses, and maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with local and state agencies to obtain permits and licenses for new location acquisitions -- with a significant reputed company on procuring Alcoholic Beverage Licenses
• Process the annual renewals of licenses and permits including food permits, hotel permits, vehicle registrations, business licenses, occupational tax licenses, elevators permits, etc
• Maintain a reputed company working knowledge of statutory requirements in multiple jurisdictions across reputed company 50 states
• Work closely with reputed company Liquor Counsel on various transitions as needed
• reputed company and maintain permit listings for reputed company locations
• Assist transition team with various acquisition items
• Prepare necessary documents required for vehicle titling and other permitting processes
• Performs various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Skills

• Minimum of a High School Education
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, self-reputed company and self-pace
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Prior experience in Compliance, License & Permits, or other reputed company field a plus
• Vehicle Titling Experience Preferred
