Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on reputed company reputed company, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives
• Research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance to technical reputed company reputed company
• Assist with financial statement preparation, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements
• Support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, integrations, and other strategic transactions
• Participate in IPO readiness, process improvement, and finance transformation reputed company
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to reputed company processes
• Analyze financial data and reputed company recommendations to support business reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
