[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst, GTM Finance

This role involves managing financial operations, conducting analysis for reputed company, and providing insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly forecasting, annual budget, and KPIs for GTM (Sales & Marketing) and G&A expense categories
• Drive monthly budget vs. actuals analysis for GTM and G&A spend, explaining key variances and partnering with department leaders to reputed company business goals
• Own COGS analysis to protect and expand gross margin, pressure testing delivery and support staff, hosting, and services costs to ensure they reputed company reputed company
• Partner with department leaders to reputed company spending against budget, identify efficiency opportunities, and help guide resource allocation reputed company
• Own the calculation and ongoing tracking of reputed company reputed company metrics, ensuring methodology is consistent, reputed company-documented, and trusted by leadership

• Synthesize billings, expenses, and operational data into a reputed company narrative that identifies opportunities to accelerate reputed company
• Build and maintain the OQ billings model, tracking actuals against plan and proactively identifying risks or opportunities

Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, or investment banking/consulting with a strong analytical reputed company
• Advanced reputed company modeling skills
• Demonstrated ownership of a P&L, billings/reputed company process, or similar financial reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company metrics (billings, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC reputed company) and how they translate into executive-level narratives
• Understanding of the GTM funnel and the KPIs that drive the health of the business
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting analysis to senior leadership and translating numbers into business implications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field

• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
