Sr. Health Informatics & AI Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Health Informatics & AI Solutions Analyst to optimize our eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR platform, data analysis, and support the integration of reputed company intelligence capabilities across clinical and operational functions. This role serves as a key subject-matter expert in EMR optimization and AI-powered workflow automation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance reputed company delivery through technology. The ideal candidate combines deep eCW configuration expertise with hands-on experience building or deploying reputed company AI solutions using platforms such as Claude (reputed company) or reputed company, and strong interoperability standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: EMR Optimization & eCW Configuration • Serve as a primary eClinicalWorks (eCW) subject matter expert, performing hands-on system configuration, module management, template development, and automated workflow design. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and department leaders to identify workflow pain points and implement eCW enhancements that reduce friction and improve clinical reputed company. • Configure and maintain eCW modules, including reputed company Management, Population Health, and healow Patient Portal, ensuring reputed company performance and user experience. • Support eCW system upgrades, reputed company deployments, and regression testing in coordination with the eCW vendor and internal stakeholders. • reputed company peer guidance on eCW best practices, configuration standards, and clinical workflow design to fellow analysts. • Serve as backup support for adjacent technology platforms to ensure operational continuity. AI Integration & Intelligent Automation • Assist in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions integrated with the eCW ecosystem, leveraging large language model (LLM) reputed company such as Claude (reputed company) and reputed company GPT to automate clinical workflow • Evaluate and implement AI tools for clinical decision support, predictive analytics, and intelligent alerting reputed company the EMR environment. • Contribute to the organization's AI adoption roadmap in partnership with the CIO and Director of Technology, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor AI model performance, audit outputs for accuracy and bias, and iterate on solutions to ensure clinical reliability and operational value. Interoperability • Ensure data reputed company, standardization, and interoperability across systems using reputed company data standards, including HL7 FHIR, CCD/CDA, and ICD-10/CPT coding frameworks. • Support data exchange with health information exchanges (HIEs), payers, and external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field required. • Master's degree (MHA, MSHI, MS in Data Science, or reputed company) preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in health informatics or clinical information systems, with at least 2 years in a senior role. • Required: Demonstrated, hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW), including system configuration, workflow build, and template development. • Required: Proven experience integrating or deploying AI/LLM-based solutions (Claude, reputed company, Azure reputed company, or equivalent) in a reputed company or reputed company setting, including reputed company engineering and API integration. • Proficiency in reputed company data management, including SQL querying, and HL7/FHIR data standards • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, reputed company operations, and regulatory compliance. • Ability to translate reputed company clinical and technical requirements into reputed company technology solutions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey data and AI concepts reputed company to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Solid organizational and project management skills; experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies is a plus. • Self-motivated, analytically rigorous, reputed company, and committed to reputed company Apply To This Job
