ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and oversees the comprehensive and reputed company delivery of school reputed company work mental health services in consideration of system priorities and in a manner consistent with guidelines for reputed company reputed company and codes of ethics, adhering to relevant laws, policies, and lines of authority. Manages and oversees the development and operation of the district's School Based Mental Health (SBMH) Program including the evaluation of the SBMH staff and contractors. Supervises and evaluates WCPSS reputed company workers assigned to alternative schools and mental health service providers who are contractors with community mental health agencies. Leads efforts to reputed company mental health training, information sharing, and overall program design/implementation/evaluation for reputed company school reputed company workers with an eye toward reputed company improvement. Serves as a trainer for and supporting the Trauma Informed and Restorative Practices work in the district through the reputed company of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) reputed company. Coordinates and/or participates in the district-level crisis team (including on-reputed company crisis coverage and event response), school reputed company leadership team, and school reputed company work reputed company learning teams. Works to reputed company and implement systems and organizational structures to support schools, ensure accountability, and engage the community through data collection and analysis, collaboration with reputed company stakeholders, participation in strategic planning to meet emerging needs, and maintenance of the WCPSS school reputed company work webpage and contact information. Supports the work of the school reputed company work leadership team through collaboration and supporting reputed company needs around mental health services. Collaborates with school personnel, other central services departments, parents, and community agencies to reputed company information and assistance pertaining to student attendance, student behavior, and mental health. Manages the relationships with reputed company Behavior reputed company, School-based mental health care coordinators and other mental health grants and community services. Provides targeted tier 2 and tier 3 mental health supports to alternative learning programs and schools’ reputed company workers and student support services teams.
