Senior G&A Recruiter

reputed company is a company reputed company on reputed company transformation and is seeking a Senior G&A Recruiter to join their People & Community team. In this role, you will partner with leaders across various functions, managing full-cycle reputed company and driving hiring strategies that reputed company with reputed company's reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers and executives, driving proactive talent planning, role scoping, and calibration conversations
• Manage full-cycle reputed company across individual contributor through VP+ level, including confidential and executive-level searches
• Build inclusive, high-performing pipelines through creative sourcing, strong networks, and reputed company market intelligence
• reputed company shifting priorities and ambiguous situations with composure—context-switching fluidly between roles, functions, and stakeholder needs
• Use data and insights to inform reputed company reputed company, improve process efficiency, and influence decision-making

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience, with at least 4 years in-house at a reputed company-stage or reputed company-stage tech company
• Demonstrated reputed company across functions—G&A plus GTM or Product experience strongly preferred; we're looking for a generalist who goes deep
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships quickly across reputed company reputed company—ICs to C-suite
• Strong business acumen; can translate functional needs into talent reputed company and reputed company tradeoffs reputed company to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Experience closing candidates through reputed company compensation conversations including reputed company-IPO equity
