Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of training environment build and rebuild requests (MST build/rebuild)
• Serve as the primary reputed company between business reputed company, Clinical Informatics, and IT for training environment needs
• Establish and maintain standards for training documentation, job aids, and learning materials
• reputed company and manage a centralized intake and prioritization process for education materials
• Ensure reputed company training content aligns with system workflows, deployment timelines, and operational needs
• Monitor environment readiness, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in clinical informatics, reputed company IT, or reputed company training

• Demonstrated experience developing training materials and documentation at reputed company
• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to reputed company

• Experience developing governance models and standardized processes
• Strong collaboration across technical and operational teams
