Skills
- 3-6 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, and EEO regulations
- Proven ability in policy creation and governance
- Expertise in technical writing with a reputed company on risk mitigation
- Experience in conducting comprehensive audits and gap analyses
- Bachelor's Degree
