[Remote] Customer Service and Dispatcher

They are seeking a Customer Service and Dispatcher to manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while supporting the operational needs of family-owned home service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments in reputed company or equivalent(reputed company, reputed company)
• Handle reputed company and after-hours customer inquiries
• Manage customer calls professionally through VoIP tools (e.g., reputed company/reputed company Office@Hand) and correspond with the internal team
• Follow company scripts and prompts to guide a smooth, consistent booking process
• Ask relevant plumbing-reputed company diagnostic questions to capture accurate job details for reputed company
• Maintain detailed, accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Support reputed company tracking reputed company marketing/reputed company dashboards (e.g., reputed company, Chirp) where applicable
• Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Skills

• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or another home services trade
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar dispatching/scheduling software(reputed company, reputed company)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage high reputed company volumes while maintaining professionalism
• Comfortable working with VoIP systems and reputed company tracking software
• Prior plumbing or HVAC industry knowledge
• Experience with reputed company handling or win-back calls
