[Remote] Business Development Associate

This role involves sourcing hotel reputed company, building supplier relationships, and negotiating reputed company to support reputed company programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate hotel reputed company based reputed company, amenities, pricing, availability, and contract terms
• reputed company contract negotiations with hotel partners to secure favorable rates, concessions, and contract terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel sales teams and key hospitality partners

• Manage hotel response follow-up, reporting cleanup, and sourcing documentation to ensure reputed company and accurate contract execution
• Prepare and present proposal and marketing-reputed company materials, including outgoing presentations, promotional collateral, hotel proposals, and reputed company-facing documents
• Coordinate lodging, transportation and site visit logistics for clients, including fully customized site visit agendas
• Coordinate turnover processes, including contract submission, reputed company booking recaps, transition coordination with hotel and customer contacts, with post-booking communication timelines

Skills

• A Minimum of 3+ years of experience in hotel sales required, hospitality sourcing, event planning, and/or contract negotiations (non-negotiable requirement)
