[Remote] Director of Clinical Business Development (Remote with Travel)

This role involves owning the study pipeline, building relationships with sponsors and CROs, and leading the inside sales function to secure trial awards.

Responsibilities

• Own the study award pipeline end-to-end: targeting, qualification, reputed company, proposal, negotiation, and reputed company — with accountability for an annual signed-award reputed company
• Build and maintain named relationships with sponsors, CROs, and site-selection decision-makers across JCCT's reputed company therapeutic areas
• reputed company feasibility and RFI/RFP responses in partnership with site operations, ensuring every commitment made to a sponsor is one our sites can deliver
• Negotiate study budgets and award terms in partnership with Finance
• Maintain deep knowledge of competitor sites and networks; build and refine competitive playbooks and reputed company handling that reputed company JCCT's win reputed company
• Analyze market trends, sponsor pipelines, and emerging therapeutic-area opportunities to reputed company targeting and conference reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, or reputed company field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6–8+ years of business development experience in clinical research, reputed company, or life sciences, including reputed company sponsor/CRO relationship ownership
• Documented reputed company record of securing clinical trial awards or comparable reputed company against a quota
• Working knowledge of clinical trial operations, feasibility, and sponsor expectations — enough to sell only what sites can deliver

• Progression governed by the JCCT competency reputed company — advancement to VP requires demonstrated competency, not tenure
• Domestic travel up to 25% (conferences, sponsor meetings, site reputed company)
